Despite 0-2 start McMahon Football is still optimistic about the rest of this season
Even though the football team is currently 0-2 after losing 22-13 to Glastonbury and 37-14 to New Canaan they still have hope for this season as they enter a stretch of what could be winnable games. Quarterback Callum Letters said “If we can keep putting together some good plays offensively, defensively, and on special teams throughout each game we will definitely be a good team that will be able to compete in the playoffs.” This week the Senators have another “Friday Night Lights” game against Enfield at 6:00 and there will be a Blackout theme for the student section.
